1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cyron ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Cyron provides AI-powered API security monitoring and threat detection services. The Service analyzes mirrored API traffic to identify potential security threats and provides alerts and reporting through our dashboard and webhook integrations.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Payment is processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Service within this period, contact support@cyron.io for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to monitor traffic you do not have authorization to access
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to conduct any illegal activities
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

7. Data Processing

By using the Service, you acknowledge that API traffic data will be processed by our systems for threat analysis. We process this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the necessary rights to mirror and analyze the API traffic you submit to our Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cyron Intelligence and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will detect all security threats or prevent all attacks. You acknowledge that no security solution provides absolute protection.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cyron Intelligence be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
