14-Day Refund Guarantee
At Cyron, we want you to be completely satisfied with our API security platform. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 14-day refund policy.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase. This applies to your first subscription period only.
How to Request a Refund

Please include your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We will process your request within 5-7 business days.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Cyron dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time after the 14-day refund window.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made after the 14-day window
